Bridal Consultation
- Choosing a hair and makeup stylist for your wedding day is an important decision
  and a one-on-one consultation is an essential part of the process of working together to realize your vision. From the initial consultation through your special day, TwoToneUmbrella will work with you to bring your individual vision to life. In a relaxed and private setting, you will have the opportunity to share your thoughts, ideas, questions, and any concerns you may have.
- If you are interested in scheduling a complimentary consultation with us
  you will be asked to download and complete a Bridal Preview Profile and bring it with you to your initial consultation. During this private consultation, we will review your completed profile, discuss options, and answer any questions you may have. If we will be working with your bridal party, we will discuss their hair and makeup needs as well.
- There are many creative hair and makeup styles and veil designs available, and it is our goal to help you find the combination that is just right for you.
  If you already have your headpiece, we ask that you bring it with you; if not, any samples and/or pictures you have will be very helpful. We will use this information, along with an analysis of your facial structure and our knowledge of complementary colors and beauty techniques, to help create your own signature style. If you are pleased with the initial consultation and our services meet your needs, we will schedule your Bridal Preview Session.
Bridal Preview Session
- Your Bridal Preview Session will be a hands-on 1 1/2 hour preview of your wedding day look.
  We urge you to make any changes and/or suggestions you would like during this session. It is our goal to ensure you are confident with our staff and services, your hair and makeup are worry free, and we convey your personal style and beauty on your wedding day.
- Bridal Preview Session includes digital pictures and detailed profile.
Wedding Day
- The day has arrived! We will arrive promptly at the pre-designated time and follow the schedule we have discussed and confirmed on your booking agreement.
  Rest assured, we will provide personalized attention to every detail of your hair and makeup. For touch-ups during the day, you will need to bring your makeup essentials we discussed. Don't worry, we'll remind you prior to your wedding day.
- If we are working with the entire bridal party (mothers, bridesmaids, flower girls), we will attend to them first so they will be free to help with any last minute bridal needs.
  We will then begin your hair and makeup preparation so you will have a fresh, elegant glow and be ready to photograph your best.
Bridal Booking Terms

To ensure that we can accommodate you on your special day, we take reservations up to one year in advance. Due to seasonal demands, we highly recommend that you contact us as early as possible to reserve your date. To secure your wedding date and time, a completed and signed Bridal Booking Agreement must be returned, along with payment of 50% of the services booked.
- Payment
  A $195 non-refundable deposit is required in order to hold your wedding date and time. This fee will be applied to your Bridal Preview Session. 50% of the services booked and the signed Bridal Booking Agreement are due no later than 7 days after your initial consultation. Payment may be made in the form of personal/cashier's check, cash, Visa/MasterCard. Balance is due 60 days prior to wedding date. Please see Bridal Booking Agreement for complete terms and conditions.
- Cancellation Policy
  If the Bridal Booking Agreement is cancelled in writing within 72 hours of agreement signing, the initial 50% payment will be refunded to you. Should you cancel after the 72 hour period no monies will be refunded or transferred. Cancellation period does not apply to balance due and/or any additional services added at later date which are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
